Virtual All-Staff Meeting

The Public Service Commission held a virtual all-staff meeting to gather its employees together during Covid-19. The corporate’s recent mandate had been about inclusion in public service especially after George Floyd’s incident.

Jessie is an amazingly creative graphic designer. Always willing to help, great listening skills, she gets things done quickly… and well! Great team spirit and always in a good mood. Any team would be lucky to have her. I highly recommend her.

I was requested to create a look to promote this event. The primary audience was its employees which about 800+ people. The goal was to create a sense of togetherness during pandemic, to advocate mental health, and to promote inclusivity with various groups of people such as women, visible minority, the indigenous people, LGBTQ+, and people with disabilities.

All the illustrations are hand drawn to show “humanness” in the identity. This small distinction is important for the look to show how our lives are not perfect lines especially during the pandemic and other incidents happening this year.
